Show will start at 10:00 am and run straight through. Each category will do judging, presentations and awards in this order:

TICKETS
Adult General Admission $50, Under Age 12 and under General Admission $15, Age 5 and under Free
Tickets will be available for purchase through TicketMaster. Link will be posted when it is available.
Assistant Pass(general admission plus backstage access): Assistant tickets will be available at ocbonline for $80 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare backstage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted. If you are purchasing an assistant pass DO NOT USE TICKETMASTER. Your assistant pass is also good for general admission. Assistant passes will be available online until May 10. After May 10th they can be purchased at Athlete’s Check In. Cash is preferred ($3.00 convenience fee will be added to card transactions). No Assistant passes will be sold at the door, they MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE

DIVISION GUIDELINES
Debut: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
Novice: Cannot have placed first in any class besides Teen, within any division, within any category, with any organization or at any independent event, with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class where the competitor was the only one in the class.
Open: Open to everyone regardless of age and level of experience.
Age: Age as of day of contest must fall within the stipulated age range (Ex: Age 50 & Over).
CLASSES
Amateur Classes: When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.
Pro Classes: When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. In the event there is more than one class of pro competitors the top 3 athletes in each class will go head to head to determine the top 3 overall winners. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 overall athletes.
CROSSOVER ENTRIES
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, and Classic Physique) at any given show. For example, Physique and Bodybuilding are not permitted in the same show.
AWARDS
Amateur divisions – The top 5 in each class will receive awards, overall winners receive a shield.
The top 3 overall pro men in each division will receive a guaranteed cash payout: $1,500 – 1st place; $1000 – 2nd place; $500 – 3rd place.
Pro Cards will be awarded in Open and Masters classes when minimum entries are met.
ELIGIBILITY
Competitors participating in amateur divisions are required to hold current amateur OCB memberships to participate in this event. If needing to obtain either an amateur OCB membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
Pros from all organizations meeting these guidelines are eligible.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com. All fees are non-refundable.
DRUG SCREENING METHODS
All competitors are required to be polygraph screened prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis testing. It is your responsibility to make sure this is done. If you fail to take the polygraph or submit a urine sample for any reason you will be disqualified.
CHECK-INS/POLYGRAPH SCREENINGS
By appointment Thursday, May 18 TBD and Friday, May 19 (times to be determined) at the host hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Greensboro Coliseum Area, 3308 Isler St., Greensboro, NC 27407. The polygraph fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Polygraph results are valid for other OCB amateur shows held within three weeks. Pros have to polygraph at each event. Polygraph fees are non-refundable.
MUSIC
Amateur Bodybuilding and Classic Physique can supply their own music for 45 sec individual presentation or can request house music be used instead. All other categories will do a 30 second walk to house music.
All Pro competitors will be allowed to submit their own music and will have 90 seconds for routines and t-walks.
Music should only be emailed to nogearmusic@gmail.com in an mp3 format. Please do not send music to any address other than nogearmusic@gmail.com Music must be received at that address by May 13, 2023, or house music will be played. No music will be accepted after May 13.

Rates are $129 per night. Book early! There are several college graduations in Greensboro that weekend, and rooms will be hard to find. They WILL sell out.

BACKSTAGE POLICY
One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket ($80), which is good for general admission and backstage access. No one under the age of 16 is allowed backstage as an assistant. Competitors are responsible for the behavior of their guests. If anyone is found backstage without a Trainer/Assistant’s ticket, they will be escorted out of the building, will not be allowed to re-enter. If there is a second offense the competitor they were assisting will be disqualified from the contest.
Be VERY careful not to get tan on the walls, countertops and toilets. Do not throw paper towels or wipes in the toilets. You must be fully clothed to sit in the auditorium. Throw your trash away before leaving. Please respect this facility and the volunteers that have to clean up after you!
COMPETITOR PREP AREA
Competitors are welcome to bring their own pump up bands, equipment and mirrors.
SPORTSMANSHIP
Remember, you are not alone on stage. Family, friends, other competitors, and hundreds of strangers are watching you. If you’re disappointed with a placement, carry yourself as a professional during and after the awards presentations. After the show ask the judges for feedback. When speaking to them, you may discover their reasoning for your placement. You may understand their decisions more and get helpful insight for future competitions. Everyone in the show worked hard, so don’t allow poor sportsmanship to ruin the event for others. Any competitors who exhibit what OCB deems as poor sportsmanship are subject to disqualification and may be banned from future OCB events.

Please note that the companies/individuals listed below are the official service vendors for this event. They have a proven history of providing quality services in a professional manner. Beware of other companies or individuals who may attempt to unethically promote a business, claiming to be associated with the event.
STAGE PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE
The photo order form lays out the details for stage photo coverage. Pictures will not be taken of you unless you pre-order. We will have pre-order forms at check-in. Please fill that out and hand it to the photographer before the show starts. Friends and family may take pictures, but no other professional photographers will be allowed.
VIDEO RECORDING POLICY
Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices.
SPRAY TANNING
Body Beautiful Bronzing (scheduling link coming soon) No other professional tanner will be allowed in the venue. If another professional spray tanner is found in the venue they will be asked to leave and the competitor(s) will be disqualified.
